Back orders will be shipped based on availability.
Products received in error must be reported within 3 day of order receipt.
Products are non-refundable after receipt.
AA Skincare is faultless for missing or damaged orders shipped to residential addresse.

AA Skincare is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read labels and ingredients lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have an allergy or sensitivity do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. Perform a patch test if there is doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if reaction occurs.

All skincare and beauty services require a 50% deposit for booking. Customer pays the balance at the appointment before services are rendered.
Appointments are allowed one reschedule. Unless an extreme emergency, a second reschedule is allowed. Otherwise, customer forfeits the deposit.
Services are performed within the scheduled time slot. If a customer is late services will be altered to stay within time limits.
Young children are not allowed at appointments unless receiving services. Parents have the option to remain in the treatment room which is highly recommended.
Cell phones must be silenced during services.
All jewelry like earrings and necklaces must be removed and secured during services. We assume no liability for lost or stolen items.
