All services require a 50% deposit for booking. Customer pays the balance at the appointment. Appointments are allowed one reschedule. Unless an extreme emergency, a second reschedule is allowed. Otherwise, customer forfeits the deposit.
Services are performed within the scheduled time slot. If a customer is late services will be altered to stay within time limits.
Young children are not allowed at appointments unless receiving services. Parents have the option to remain in the treatment room which is highly recommended.
Cell phones must be silenced during services.
All jewelry like earrings and necklaces must be removed and secured during services.
Orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping
Back orders will be shipped based on availability.
Products received in error will need to be reported within 3 day of order receipt.
Products are non-refundable after receipt.
